It's Everywhere
I have just bought a new camera. A birthday present for myself. I traded in my Sony A7r iv for the, just releast, A7r vi. This was my first time out with it. Early evening in the local town. The weather is hot but in the evening it still cools off. People come out to relax. There were people together but I was struck, once again by the number of people on their own. It was not just they were on their own. My impression was that they were lonely. You judge for yourselves.
Or… maybe they are alone (a situation) but not lonely (an emotion). Sometimes just being alone is a way to connect with an inner peace. Nice photographs. I especially like the woman with her legs crossed on the bench.
